Buyhint is an Egyptian startup taking on a specific gap in the local real-estate market: investors want to know which unit will actually return on their money, but listings sites stop at price and photos. Buyhint adds the ROI layer on top — projected returns per unit, comparable inventory, and the broker network behind each listing — so an investor’s decision starts from numbers, not just square meters and a postcode.
What we built
The platform is a full investor-facing surface: web and mobile clients, an authenticated portal where users save units and build watchlists, and an ROI computation engine that combines unit-level factors, rental-yield baselines, and market-appreciation curves into a defensible projection per listing. Behind the scenes, broker-feed integrations bring stocked inventory in from five launch partners — five of Egypt’s leading brokerages — so the listings are real, current, and tied to a credible source instead of scraped from the open web.
